    Women experience a unique set of mental health challenges. Deciding to seek therapy can be an essential first step in healing that women should feel proud of. 

    The personalised sessions are an effective and transformational process for empowerment, healing and wellbeing. They will support you when you are experiencing challenging situations while minimising the impact of stress, anxiety and depression.

    Each session is designed to clear the blockages that have prevented you from living a life of happiness and wellbeing. You will discover all the resources and tools you need to create life-changing belief structures.

    You will be given an opportunity to heal your story with self-inquiry practices that will deepen your inner knowledge and understanding about yourself. You will begin to open your experience towards your innate qualities of being – of love, joy, strength, compassion, bliss and peace.

     

    Session will focus on : 

    • A personalised plan to suit your unique situation
    • Psychotherapy, counselling and coaching techniques that include meditation, self-inquiry, grounding, and stress management
    • A focus on healing symptoms of anxiety, depression, stress or mood difficulties
    • Understanding your self-esteem, patterns of behaviour and why you self-sabotage
    • Releasing your old beliefs and stories from the past
    • Bringing happiness, love and wellbeing into your life and your relationships
    • Deepening self-trust and confidence by activating your intuition and connecting with your inner truth
    • Learning and acknowledging your personal boundaries, values, beliefs and expectations
    • Creating daily rituals to help cultivate a sense of inner peace and empowerment
    • Determining root causes and triggers that lead to an unhealthy lifestyle
    • Learning to listen to the deeper aspects of yourself for healing, transformation and profound personal growth
