After releasing, this session invites deep nourishment. Here, we focus on calming the nervous system, replenishing your inner space, and restoring a sense of safety and softness—creating space for something new to emerge.
Session Five: Reclaiming
We explore your voice, your boundaries, and your innate wisdom. What are you reclaiming? What wants to be chosen now? This session is a turning point—toward self-empowerment and embodied choice.
Session Six: Returning
You begin to return to your core essence. We work with simple rituals, grounding practices, and nature-based tools to help you realign with love, presence, and purpose.

In our final session, we honour the journey you’ve taken and the woman you are becoming. Through reflection, ritual, and a guided integration practice, we anchor your insights into everyday life.
